Just when you think there is light at the end of the tunnel for those clients who had organised permits to finally take their horse home.. The reason they cannot leave is even though they all horses at TEAMQEB have been vaccinated they can still carry the virus . So it will be at least another 30 days + before any horse will be allowed to move..
