Glenn started riding at the age of 3 in farming environment where  riding was a part of life.He attended Pony Club and competed at   shows in the Nth West of NSW, Australia.Like most boys ,it was  excitement of jumping that attracted him.
He always had natural feel and talent which gained him the ride on   a small black horse called Kiwi..The main reason the horse came to  Glenn was the horse's reputation for bucking not only rider off, but   also ,the saddle. The pair became a formidable combination on the   show circuit.
This was the beginning of a journey all around the world ,working  with horses and riders, taking him to New Zealand, USA, Japan,  e.t.c. Glenn went to NZ for a six week holiday and ended up  representing NZ in Showjumping some years later on the great Ups and Downs.Ups and Downs was only one of many horses Glenn produced to the highest level, the horse was sold on the New Zealand Olympic team to compete at the Seoul Olympics.
In the winter he would travel to the USA with horses for sale which allowed him to compete in competitions up to Grand Prix and also coach hunter / jumpers and jumping equitation.
Glenn now with his partner Jacqui Huppert run a small training and breeding farm at Jimboomba, Queensland, Aust.Jacqui and Glenn have become highly successful combination producing and competing horses to the highest level of dressage and showjumping.
Producing horses like Superior FM, a horse that came to them as a very green 6yr old stallion. Jacqui started his dressage career before she suggested that dressage really was not a dirty word and that it would be good for Glenn to try it. At this time Glenn had been competing Superior FM in jumping competitions , so it was a natural progression to an excellent partnership.
To cut a long story short ,Superior FM and Glenn were named on both the QLD state dressage and showjumping squads at the same time.(that had never been done before). Later on they became the first horse / rider combination to place in World Cup showjumping and  Grand Prix Dressage .
